Won’t load
I have been playing this game for weeks…and now as of yesterday, the game will not load. No place on developers website to report this.Gmic2119
I like the game, but..
I paid for the ad-free version but still get the splash screen telling me to buy it every time I open the app.
Also, if there were a way to make it untimed I would pay for that. It’s satisfying to untangle the knots, but racing to beat the clock is not the fun part for me.pquintin

No way to report a problem - certain levels don’t work
A couple of times I have worked a level, freed up all the knots (I have screenshots that I apparently cannot post here), and the timer runs out within crediting me with the completion. This has happened multiple times with me losing a “life” each time and not being able to collect the coins. I tried to report the problem but the link goes to the developer’s website where there is no obvious way to report the problem. I get the feeling that many of these knot games have the same developer because this one looks exactly like one I had downloaded, played for a while and quit because it was just too glitchy. I guess they figure if you have no place to complain they can just ignore you and everyone else who plays. Perhaps a one star rating will get their attention but I’m not holding my breath on that.Show lessLauraML_FL
Good game
I like this game, however there is a bug on level 105. You untangle the ropes on this level but it fails to recognise two ropes are undone and fails you every time.ataylor99

Even when untangled, some are not acknowledged. So you win, but you run out of time because it glitches. Paid for ad free.Micky401!
Level 105
I have beaten this level three times, but the two bottom untangled ropes won’t disappear. I paid for as free and I can’t get past this dumb level. I will just keep losing lives and be stuck.Mrs. turntable
Stuck
The game was great at first and I was really enjoying it. Got to level 105 and now I have 2 ropes that just will not disappear. Plenty of time left in the level and I tried moving them around and it still isnt recognizing them. Very disappointing because I really preferred this game over some others I had downloaded. I’ll give it a couple days but if it’s not fixed I’m going to have to uninstall it since it will be unplayable.Show lesslauriem22
So sad
Cannot access ropes that are covered by the booster icons, which prevent moving them…thus level 45 times out, while you struggle to move the ropes, which won’t budge!48301
Game not working
Reached level 325 and down to the last 2 strings and they will not close. Time just keeps counting down. Tried to play the game again and the same thing happens. Did not see email to report to tech support. Kept screen print of screen.bbooth1028
