  • Ripped off

    Paid the $7.99 for no ads. I can’t open the game at all. It’s stuck on the home picture. Puzzles are the same few. Nothing new. Don’t waste your money. I have gone to the support page and there is none. Only the privacy policy.

  • Can’t open game

    Have been unable to play this game for 2 days - the Tangle Master image loads when you press on the app but it never goes any further into the actual game. I think this coincides with the latest update.

  • Percent of gameplau

    I love there untangle games. They are fun and challenging. What I am not a fan of are the percent of ads vs gameplay.

    I’m on Level 31 and given 73 seconds to untangle the ropes. If I am successful or not, I have to watch an ad for no less than 20 seconds (or up to 80) to advance or repay the level.

    I completely understand a free game being supported by ads. However, if there are more ads per hour than television or radio then I’ve got other things to do.

  • Disappointed

    I wish there was an option to turn the timer off. My kids love this game 2 in elementary and 1 in middle school. They get frustrated and quit because they can’t beat the timer.

  • Was a good game before the newest addition

    The scissors and the clock were added to my game and it takes up the bottom part of my screen. I can’t play the game anymore because of the scissors and clock covering the bottom. Would love if you changed that but I probably won’t be looking to see if you do.

    I do like the idea, but not like the short time limit. It’s frustrating.

  • Faulty game

    I love playing these tangled games but this one is faulty. At some point, it kinks up and some parts of the tangles become unmaneuverable and some parts were invisible. Then, there are some games that will keep counting down even after you’re completed the game, finally telling you that you have lost. This app needs to be coded again.

  • After a certain level all puzzles are the same

    This would be fun and I played for an embarrassingly long time repeating the same exact puzzles over and over, just hoping it was a coincidence or they were slightly different and I was just imagining it, but no…they are the same ones over and over. Glad I didn’t put any money into it.

  • Fun at the beginning

    This was fun at the beginning. I got to level 56 and the patterns are just repeating, the same five or six patterns over and over and over. I’m up to level 95 and thinking of quitting. I just paid my $8 for ad free, what a waste. I contacted customer service but no response yet.

  • Won’t work without Internet connection

    This game requires you to have an Internet connection or it won’t allow you to play the puzzles. It forces you to download video advertisement or you can’t play the game. Rude.
