I been having problems playing this puzzle game. In order to complete a puzzle I have to exit the app, I can’t play any of my collection puzzle and the puzzles that have an ad when I tap to play it, I have to buy it with my earn coins and yet I’m still not able to play. I’ve sent an email explaining the issues I’m having about a month ago and yet no one has the common courtesy to reply to my email and help. That’s absolutely poor customer service.
