The app was supposed to be new & improved this school year. It did start out ok, a few glitches, but now I might as well delete because it is not helpful at all. I have my notifications set up to receive an alert 12 mins prior to pick up in the mornings and 5 mins prior to drop off after school. All of our alerts for about the past month or so have been 4 mins out or anytime now for morning pick up. I do feel that the problem is also associated with the driver arriving to the neighborhood and just sitting until he decides to start the route, for which I’ve also contacted the transportation department, but no change. Our pick up is supposed to be 7:26 and they ask the students to be there 5 mins prior. Nowadays, alerts are sent at 7:13 that bus will arrive in 4 mins or at 7:16-7:17 saying anytime now, but my daughter isn’t picked up until 7:21-7:22, sometimes 7:28. What’s the point in having the alert? Make it make sense!!
