Seems great but crashes…
I have about 43,000 photos in my library (iCloud), so perhaps it’s choking somewhere along the line but if I tap the “calendar” icon the app freezes and eventually crashes to my Home Screen. It would be nice if there was a better way to alter the “routes” that it selects. Although perhaps that’s what the calendar button does. The routes seem to default to a single day, I’d like to be able to extend them on either side to create multi day routes. Also I can’t see an easy way to edit the photos appearing in memories (either removing or adding). The “altitude“ listing seems a bit useless as it only has land and sky listed with sky having only 3 photos (I’ve taken thousands of photos on various mountains at various elevations). The app icons are too light coloured and hard to see (especially the”close” button). Seems like a nice app but a bit unusable for me in its current state. I do appreciate the fact that the app doesn’t use any tracking or send any data of device, so a bonus star for that.Show lessPhotorat

I see a ton of potential in this app, it’s really well designed and feels right at home on iOS.
However the onboarding flow could use a little bit of refinement, which is likely what caused the current 1 star reviews:
The paywall is displayed before I’ve ever had a chance to look at the app. It’s too early for me to decide if I’m going to pay, I don’t even know what I’m paying for yet! Yes, the monthly subscription does feature a 7 day free trial which would allow me to try it out and then cancel - But that comes with a burden on me to remember to cancel.
I would recommend the developer explore ways to allow a brief exploration of the app, for example showing me the app UI, but with dummy data, before then prompting me to choose if I’m going to pay for it.Show lessHanse00

The app’s design is amazing and conforms well to Apple’s human interface guidelines. It’s a cool concept, and I would pay for it, but a subscription for an app with no true utility is not worth it, and the lifetime purchase is too expensive for an app that doesn’t help you plan your trips or anything. The app says in its welcome sequence that it doesn’t use any third-party APIs, so there is really no excuse for the high cost.Show lessbeethoven678

Very expensive for what it does. £2.99 per week is crazy.
Big problem: I have photos from friends in countries I’ve never visited and want to hide them from the map without deleting them, doesn’t seem to be an option. You can remove the whole country from your “highlights” but that does not hide it from the map.

Hi there, Thank you for the feedback. The latest update now lets you long-press on photos in albums and select the option to exclude them from the app. The pricing has also been adjusted and drastically reduced to make it more accessible. Hope this helps! Thanks, Shihab
