Concept is cool, execution is terrible. You have to pay to be able to join any event. Your free account only lets you see the events available. You can go to the meetup app and do all the same things for free. Don’t download and don’t enroll
The management reads all messages between members and there is no privacy policy. They think they are from France so California laws don’t apply. Wait for the lawsuits! They will abuse your account by taking it over, assuming your identity and deleting abusive messages from others when you complain of racist, sexist attacks from other members, absolutely shamelessly, to make evidence disappear. They will create falsified documents to ban members who complain and those who don’t agree to look the other way. Karens of the world are welcomed here with open arms. Mingle is nothing more than an online notice board to post events. Members pay, members do all the work to create events, but are still constantly bullied by management in this alternate universe they are trying to create. They are banking on the fact that most who join are lonely, have had hardships in life and hunger for companionship. They are using YOU to build their empire. Use your phones, make friends in real life, don’t get conned into paying them $19.99 a month to be their slaves and enrich the very people who will abuse you in a heartbeat. Many of the original members have left in frustration and anger. You are next! 👉🏼
Moving to new town to start afresh alone in my 50s has posed many challenges that I didn’t I would be encountering in my age like creating my own tribe, aka as my circle of friends.
I am so grateful for discovering Mingle and making connections with amazing people who are now part of my tribe. I’ve joined other social groups in SD from MeetUps to FB groups…and by far Mingle is the only one where I have met amazing people with whom I have felt safe, seen, and understood. I have enjoyed all the activities from hiking, paddle boarding, trying new eats, concerts, Latin dancing, book clubs, karaoke…even tried some that is out of my comfort zone. Mingle makes it possible to find authentic real life, live connections that is lacking in our digital age.

I used to have an account, and then Mingle logged me out. I tried to go back in using my phone number and having a code sent to me, but this never works. I’ve tried updating software, restarting my phone, and re-installing the app. It is 5 months later and this is still a problem. Why can’t they just use email and password, especially if they don’t fix the phone code issue? I tried emailing them about the problem, and I’ve had no response.
Does not let me sign up. When I emailed and messaged for support I received no response.
Mingle is an excellent app! I have been on Mingle since December 2023. I have been going to several events and since then my social and emotional life has completely changed. I've made a lot of friends and been going to concerts, bars, restaurants, playing volleyball, I've learned to play pickleball and dance salsa and bachata with the group. I'm super excited to go learn how to surf this weekend.
It really changed my life from depression to happiness and vitality!
I met the group for the first time at a Bday celebration. I felt welcome, they group is very open, easy going people, their goal is to have a good time, they don’t care what you do, how much money you have or how many achievements you got. All what is required is to have a positive, happy attitude to join their good vibes!. I have so many options of events to attend, sometimes I get FOMO😂. My level of happiness increased from 5 to 10 since I joined Mingle IRL in April. Now I have regular new friends that we talk often, meet often and have fun every time we are together. Great sense of community. I truly believe that Mingle makes our life happier and more fulfilling.
I joined the app and a few days later got a SMS from founder asking for feedback on my phone, not on the app but my phone. I’m not sure if it’s normal overseas but I value my privacy here in the USA. Deleted this app immediately
I met some great people, now friends, through this app and there is something to do for everyone.
