Then I discovered this app, recommended by a binge eating support group. Unlike books, it presents comprehensive knowledge in an engaging and interactive format. I love how easy it is to follow the daily lessons and apply what I've learned right away. On Duolingo, I even had a 100-day streak which my boyfriend called crazy. So when I came across an advertisement on Instagram that said 'Duolingo for binge eating,' I felt very targeted since I was also struggling with binge eating. The gamification aspect, similar to Duolingo's, has made learning about binge eating surprisingly engaging. Each day, I look forward to completing lessons and earning points, which not only keeps me motivated but also turns building healthier eating habits into a fun and rewarding experience. It's like having a personal coach who makes learning about nutrition enjoyable and sustainable. Highly recommend if you're looking to transform your relationship with food!Developer Response

After struggling with binge eating for years and tried the therapy multiple times. Therapy sessions were helpful, but they just weren't frequent enough to make a lasting impact on my binge eating habits. This app, on the other hand, provides daily activities and lessons that keep me focused and motivated. It's like having a supportive coach with me throughout the day, helping me stay accountable and learn new strategies everyday!
