It pulls up the wrong car
I like the app I just wish my actual car would show up when I put it in and not my old carmiryah white
Unable to find a new store
Wow, was I excited to see the Take 5 Oil Change in Fredericksburg VA 22407 open in January 2024! It was such a blessing in Waco TX and I was eager to use the app; however, imagine my surprise when the app said it “couldn’t find a location within 20 miles.” Please fix this so I can give those five stars. We showed you this message regarding the lack of a participating location in the app because we're rolling out the Take 5 Rewards program regionally. It's currently available at store locations in Little Rock, Arkansas. We've since updated the app to allow any of our customers to preview the experience, regardless of their location. You'll find that you can get in to explore now! Our team is looking forward to bringing the full rewards experience to your area soon.No point of downloading
Why download an app for a company that all the locations in my area doesn’t participate in the Rewards Program!
Every location give me the message “This is a non-participating location and is not a part of the Take 5 Rewards loyalty program.”
