Doesn’t work
I love this game. I got it a while back and I played for a couple weeks and loved it!! But one day it just stopped working. When I get on, it just says loading and never loads in. I’ve left it open for a long time to see if it loads but it never does. I was excited when I saw that they updated it and “fixed known bugs” but nothing fixed for me. We need more energy in game!!
We need to start with aloooot more energy but other than that it’s a lovely game and if u like cats than u should download cats n’ soup! It’s made by the same developers as this game!!I'M CRYING MY EYES OUT
Help ! Can’t update the game, Can’t PLAY
Firstly, I would like to say I love this game. I’ve been playing it for a few months now and have gotten really attached to it. Though there have been a few bugs, and I agree with some other reviews about the energy running out quick, but I can overlook those things because the game is so fun for me. Now, I am having an issue with the game. I’m not sure if this is just happening to me, but I’m unable to play the game. Earlier today I was playing it as usual and had no problems. Now it’s nighttime and I wanted to play since after 8pm (for me) everything restarts, the rewards, the store, etc. But the app is saying I have an old version of the game and must update. So I come to the App Store and see the button just says “Open” instead of “Update” meaning that there is no update available for me. I don’t know what to do because I had updated it recently, but I just don’t see any updates right now. If I could receive some help, it would be greatly appreciated! Again, LOVE the game! A bit disappointing
It’s fine for a while, but it gets annoying (if not nearly unplayable) very fast. The first major issue is that if you go to watch an ad for the daily free items, it crashes the game 9/10 times and you have to start the 30-45 second ad all over. I am also very annoyed that the price of supply boxes goes up each time you buy them, seemingly without a cap. One of the supply boxes that I need frequently is now at 875 coins and STILL increasing in price each time I buy it, yet it doesn’t even give me anything good when I open it. I wish there was a way to refresh the orders because without the supply boxes, you can’t complete certain orders, yet it takes forever to obtain that many coins without paying for them. I’m at level 34 now, and I pretty much can only play the game once or twice a day because of the energy regeneration time. It takes 2 minutes just to regenerate ONE energy point, so 3 whole hours to get back to full energy. And you need well over 100 items to fulfill any order after level 15, so you’ll be stuck spending 90% or more of time you could be playing just waiting—unless you want to fork over the money for packs, which I don’t.Show lessWorriedTBH

This game is so cute I love it! I love how you can upgrade and restore your shop<3 one thing tho is the stanima I don't like how you have to buy the energy and how you can't do anything untill you get energy back other than that this game is so cute a relaxing ^^ ٩(ര̀ᴗര́)ᵇʸᵉNezuko_is_kawaii^^

I love this game so much I just put on some Lana del ray and zone out while playing. the little characters and just the art style in general is so cute and so clean I could play this game for hours on endBibble worshipper
Please fix this
The pictures here in App Store are all really cute, but when can I actually play the game? When I downloaded this game, it said that it was updating, or had some sort of problem. A few months later, I tried again, but the same issue occurred. I don’t know if it’s just me, or if other people are also having this issue. Abandoned
While this is a very cute game, it appears to have been abandoned. We still have a Christmas themed Start screen and the mansion is covered in snow, and yet it’s now the middle of May as I write this. Yes there have been bug fixes but no additional content or limited time holiday events have been added since Christmas 2023. Be warned. It’ll just be the same old every day with nothing exciting.Show lessAnimelover01

Ads are problematic
The game is cute and fun, even if the colors seem a bit muted. It’s probably a good break from all of the bright, vibrant colors in other games. The issue is the ads. I lose connection almost every time I watch an ad and then end up often not getting the reward for watching. I have left feedback and let customer service know, but they have not bothered to respond. (Some of the ads are very long too.) It’s a good game, could be a great game if the fix those minor issues….Show lessMama_NC
