A must have for Jellyfin music lovers
I’d like to see the ability to reorder the queue and reorder playlist items, and ProMotion support would be great! That’s what would change my 4 to a 5
Great start
While the optional Manet+ subscription is definitely not required for most users, I would’ve preferred to see this as a one-time payment vs a subscription. I have no problem supporting solo devs/small teams but subscriptions should really be limited to things that add ongoing value (such as Spotify, where you’re gaining access to a premium service) and that have costs on the dev side (where they have to maintain their own servers/APIs) and less so just unlocking some features in an app that interfaces with my own local server. If the dev considers adding a one-time purchase, I will gladly consider supporting Manet.

The main reason I’ve opted for a subscription is that both iOS and Jellyfin are constantly evolving. Even without server maintenance costs, keeping the app up-to-date with platform changes, adding new features, and ensuring a smooth experience requires ongoing development effort. The subscription helps me allocate time and resources to ensure the app stays fresh and continues to improve, while allowing me to respond quickly to updates and feature requests. Awesome app!
The only small issues I have encountered involve playing music which has already started via the bottom banner - this does not always work, and sometimes just loads. Restarting the app fixes the issue. A similar issue occurs when attempting to play from CarPlay.
