I had some initial issues related to the Klima hardware device that serves as a remote control for unintelligent heaters and air conditioners and the app. Troubleshooting with Boldr support identified the issue and provided an update. The app, the Klima, and the Alexa integration work perfectly now.
The most impressive aspect of this resolution is how quickly the company escalated the issue to not only developers but to those who had the ability to direct development attention to the issue. This is very uncommon in my experience and transformed a frustrating user experience into a delightful one.
As a result, I can easily recommend this App and the Klima hardware especially to renters like myself who live in dwellings without centrally controlled HVAC.Show less75R90S

I needed the unit to use the high setting for the fan. They went beyond the call of duty to fulfill my request. Actually the did a FaceTime call with me to fulfill my requestLA6798
