This app just saved my life! I came home from the workshop that I work at and was so overwhelmed, stressed, anxious and restless that I thought of self-harming myself! I found this app while searching through “ai diary journal” on the App Store. I described my situation about today and I did what the CBT Techniques in the app gave me and this helped 100%.
