Generative media doesn’t work. Paid $125
When I chose generative media in the initial setup to generate the video, it doesn’t work even though I have paid for the generative media subscription and still have my generative minutes. Instead, it asks me to pay for generative add on. Then I chose stock instead and then instructed AI in the edits to change all media to generative as a way to bypass. It then took forever and said that it had replaced all the media in the 7 chapters of my video with generative media. When I checked, it hadn’t. Then I decided to instruct it to change it for just the first chapter. It then gives me a warning that I will use however many seconds of my generative credits but when I tell it to proceed, it gets stuck and doesn’t do anything. The only way it works is that I have to manually go into the media section and describe the entire video I want it to generate then replace it manually and do that for all the 50+ stock videos that I didn’t want in the beginning anyway. A waste of money. I can as well do that in Canva with their subscription which is 6 times less expensive.

Where did I hear about it?!
Can't even get to the content since it asks where I heard about the app on the second page and where I heard about it is not one of the listed choices. There's no box for 'other' or 'not listed' so in my case just to open the app forces me to lie about how I heard about it. Aside from my principles which don't allow that it renders the collected data useless. There's no obvious way around it and no way to contact the company. Well, it seems like there's a way to contact support but when that route is followed it simply cycles you back to the app which won't let you pass the second page without answering that question. Seems like a small sticking point but I'm not going to use an app that begins my relationship with it by asking me to lie and then demonstrates lack of foresight in being able to fix a problem in process by not offering any way too contact someone without having first successfully opened the thing.. Fix it and I might use it. Fix it and I probably will use it. I certainly wanted to.

OMG does this app really listen to their reviews they have upgraded the app you can make cartoon videos. I absolutely freaking love it. I’ve been looking for an app like this. I’ve always paid for every month but now it’s worth it. Now if they could just find a way to generate on the regular and put that into the subscription instead of purchasing it separately, it would be absolutely awesome……

I went through this, I created a video that they generated for me and the price was only $12. However, when I seen the video I really didn’t like it. I don’t know if it was the prompt I used or what but I didn’t like it so I end up going with the stock videos instead, but I didn’t get my money back.

Time waster
That’s what it was. A month for $60 and a ton of unusable videos. To make videos even mediocre you need to edit for a long time.
You’re not going to create quality content with this. I used ai the whole time to help me with the prompts and you’re only shot of getting decent content is using generative credits and it’s a gamble. You get 60 seconds of generative for $60
Now , i am unable to use any of the unused credits or download content I made without watermarks.
I’ve spent so much time wasted trying to get this to produce anything worth while and tons of emails with customer service where they don’t seem to care at all that their product is extremely disappointing.
They just have a lot of affiliate marketers on the Internet and on social media or else they would not be recommended anywhere.
Their website and people being paid to promote them are like Instagram and the reality is the videos which are entirely unusable every single time.
It will produce garbage and then you ask it to change some of the garbage around and it comes back with the same garbage.
For example, I said to edit it so that it had different voices, which they have plenty of to be used for the different character the narrator character, one character two.
It just kept coming back with one voice so I guess it’s just incompetent ai.

Not worth the money
I thought for $40 a month I would be able to get access to a lot more. I get very basic features with very limited images, voices, sound and options for the size of the videos etc. Two days after purchasing I have cancelled my next months subscription. I will be looking for something that’s worth my money next time.

After receiving countless emails I decided to check out the offer 25% off they said, come to find out this wasn’t true at all, they just wanted to get me back to the platform to try charge me full price haha what a joke.
