Ash is brilliant - so professional, yet so relatable and knows exactly what’s it’s like to be a busy mum but how important is it to prioritise short busts of quality exercise into our day so that we can feel and be our best! I have LOVED it and for once it’s something I’ve stuck to unlike so many other online subscriptions. The community is so lovely and you can join in from anywhere across the world!

Fantastic - even with a busy lifestyle!
Ashleigh is just the best out there. I have always struggled to find a best of both platform for pilates and wellbeing in one place. Ashleigh’s huge variety of engaging classes and other resources, that I get access to, are everything I could ever need and seamlessly fit into my life/work around my very varied schedule. It has enabled me to be so much more committed to my exercise and mental health than I have every managed to previously with alternatives I have tried. I have surprised myself with my progress! Thank you!
