The Best!

I have been using Picasso since pretty much it's release and it has been so amazing! Having seen it through the entire beta for version 2.0, I can confidently say this is the last screenshot tool you will ever need for apple platforms!

A joy to use

Before Picasso, I had been using a web-based screenshot tool. As a native Mac and iPad app, Picasso is so, so much better. Direct screenshot uploading to App Store Connect is icing on the cake.

Buggy

The app has potential but is filled with bugs.

- Every time when I try to edit text in a screenshot unit, Picasso takes me to a previous unit, even though the text box in this unit has been selected with outlines around it. I had to work around that by deleting the text box and add a new one every time.

- Exporting to App Store Connected worked only once; since then I always get an error message saying it failed.

Sorry to hear you’ve encountered so many bugs! We've put a ton of efforts into bug fixes and these should all be fixed in version 2.0.1 or newer.

This is an impressive tool for developers

I can't believe how easy it is to make stunning screenshots with this. I wish I had found it sooner. I will be recommending it highly.

Everything is extremely well thought out and highly customizable. The final product is so easy to export. Has already saved me time and money in design costs. 10/5 stars!

A must have for developers

I was using Sketch to create my screenshots, but managing all the different sizes and frames was a huge consumer of my time.

Picasso handles all of that for me, in addition to localising the text and images for my screenshots. And I haven't even mentioned the part where it uploads them all to App Store Connect for you!

Thank you for the review! That’s why I built Picasso, I grew tired of sinking all this time into screenshots. So happy we can all spend more time on our apps now!

Absolutely fantastic

Some usage bumps as it’s a new app, but saves me hours of time - especially when adding a new language support.

I’m not a designer so this is much simpler and easier to use than Figma or other design tools I’ve dabbled with.

The App Store Connect integration is really slick - and I look forward to hopefully seeing more integrations (localized promotional text and app description would be 💯💯)
