App and website: something went wrong message every time

After reading the poor reviews, I wrongly assumed that the app would be fixed. Today is February 7, 2024, and I cannot log into the app and I cannot log into the allmyhealth.com website. It says oops something went wrong. Something has indeed gone wrong.

We are very sorry you have had issues logging in. We have made multiple updates and believe the issues to be resolved. If you are still having issues please ensure you are on version 1.8.0. If the issues still persist, please contact our customer service team at the number on the back of your member ID card.

Multi-factor authentication

I also can’t get past the multi-factor screen. You app is useless if nobody can log into it.

Doesn’t Work

Didn’t work prior to the recent bug fix and doesn’t work after. Off to a bad start and I’m not comfortable having my health information stored here if the basic app issues can’t get resolved.

Literally Cannot Log In

The app is absolutely terrible. It forces two factor authentication, but 100% of the times I try to set it up I get an error message telling me the service is unavailable at this time. Every technology interaction I’ve had with Highmark has been terrible and this is completely on brand.

Can’t login

I’m trying to set up this app and it keeps trying to set up multi- factor authentication but the app keeps timing out saying that the system is unavailable at this time. Great, I’ll set up multi- factor later, but it won’t let me just log in, I have to set up multi factor but can’t so I can’t log in. What a waste. I’ll just keep using the website for now.
