No go
This app is frustrating. I always end up calling because the app is not allowing me to Update Order or view details as to why an order is not processing.
It’s likely the pharmacy though. I end up spending several hours a month on the phone contacting WellDyne because I cannot get the app to work.
Website not any better. Tried different web browsers. No luck.

Keep displaying incorrect name
Beside that app, keep crashing, sometimes I can not see my medication that I need to refill. Beside those, my name keep showing incorrectly on my account. I have emailed and called so many times. No results. Welldyne is more like “oh well🤷dyne”
Terrible App
I can only get the Home and Claims to work, Rx and Orders will never load. WiFi or no wifi, doesn’t matter. This app is terrible. You should take this more seriously and fix your app or I’ll just go elsewhere, since everywhere else has working apps. I can’t even tell what is happening with my scripts. Absolutely no useful information.
