    I have been a member of the Jump &Jacked community for a number of years now starting with Sydney’s Videos on YouTube. I work out 6 days a week following the weekly calendar and I still love it. I look forward to jumping and have found a new love for strength training. Jump & Jacked is fun, motivational, and a great way to build cardio, strength, and confidence all while having so much fun.

  • Love this app and workouts

    Great rebounding workouts and great community to join. I love how helpful everyone is as well as the instructor Sydney. I recommend this app to anyone and everyone. My 6 year old daughter even uses it.
  • Great workout variety

    Jump & jacked is an awesome affordable app with a great variety of workouts. It has both great rebounder and weight workouts with a variety of lengths and great tunes to keep you motivated. The rebounder workouts are both sweaty and fun (childhood memories) and the jacked workouts have improved both my strength and technique significantly.

    Highly recommend the app and the supportive community.

  • Fantastic workouts!

    I joined Jump&Jacked January 1 on the recommendation of my daughter and I haven’t looked back. I bought an Avon trampoline and I have been doing it every day except for when I had to have surgery on my nose other than that, it has helped me so much. I am getting toned. I lost weight. My measurements have gone down and Sydney‘s workouts are fantastic. She is energetic and enthusiastic. She listens to what kind of music you would like to hear and adds it to new workouts ! I can’t say enough good things about Sydney and this app!!!

  • Fun and Challenging

    It can be what you need it to be in terms of intensity. I love the strength training that is incorporated. It is a true balanced approach. No need for a personal trainer with Sydney. Amazing. Her husband is a body builder and he sometimes helps out with the workouts. I am in the best shape of my life and I have a 6 pack, strong legs and jacked arms now. She has workouts planned every week and throws in fun challenges like my fave- the chin-up challenge.

    This app is great and very user friendly. Sydney is a fun instructor that pushes you in a really positive uplifting way. Recommend to anyone interesting in rebounding!
  • Addicted!

    I bought a rebounder during Covid and was so excited. I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be apps that supported what I was looking for. Three weeks ago I pulled my rebounder out and spent a few hours researching. I was thinking maybe I would just get rid of it. I found jump and jacked and signed up for the free trial and then the subscription. I have lost 1 inch off my waist in this short period of time. Im super active but haven’t had this kind of movement on my goals in a long time. I also thought there was no way I would be able to keep up with the weekly workouts as a have been dealing w plantar fasciitis, yet this is more tolerable than walking for me. I also wondered if I really had that much energy!!?! Yes!!! This is the best exercise I’ve found since I was a kid! I love it and Sydney is a great teacher!

  • Jump & Jacked changed my life!

    I have gone from a size 18 to a size 8 In 9 months of doing Jump & Jacked work outs! Sydney has helped me and encouraged me along the way! She’s always answered questions and given me advice along the way! I love being a part of the Jump& Jacked family!! I had never found a routine that I have been able to stick to and not quit!! But have truly found something that I love and look forward to early every morning before work! Jump & Jacked has changed my life!

  • Keeps the workout fresh

    I started rebounding in 2021 and then stopped for a few years. Got back on the horse recently after baby #2 - my original rebounding instructor no longer makes videos so I decided to give Jump&Jacked a try. The app is great and I especially love that there are strength workouts and the weekly workout schedule that is made for you so you really don’t have to think about anything. All you need is a rebounder, set of weights, good headphones/speakers, streaming device obviously, and resistance bands. Game changer. Makes it easy to get consistent workouts in even with two kids. Love Sydney’s energy and the variety of videos and playlists. You can tell she really cares about what she is doing and she makes it fun with a WhatsApp group and weekly prize drawing for people who do four workouts a week. It’s obvious that the quality of her videos has improved over time, she is really always stepping up her game! I have only been using her program for about a month now but I plan to keep subscribing.

  • Making exercise FUN!

    I hate exercise in the main but Sydney’s Jumpnjacked platform is a game changer. I can go from being miserable one minute to having a big smile on my face as soon as I set foot on the trampoline and the music starts. Music is extremely important to me when it comes to exercise and the range of music is eclectic; from The Killers, Bon Jovi to TV theme tunes and Dua Lipa there is something for everyone. As well as rebounding classes, which range from 10 minute jump ‘stackables’ to 45 minute jump sessions, Sydney also does Jacked classes which include upper/lower body workouts using weights. I usually start off thinking I’ll just do a 10/15 minute jump session then I’ll do another and then I’ll add on weights workout! As well as the obvious benefits it has for the body, it also works wonders on the mind too! Sydney herself is lovely, motivational and fully interactive in the group chat. I 100% recommend Sydney and Jumpnjacked!
