  • Great App & Workout

    I’ve really enjoyed the workouts on Jump & Jacked! Who knew working out could be so much fun? I also love that there are a mix of workouts with speaking/cues and workouts without speaking/cues. Sometimes, I just want to listen to the music and don’t need any talking. I also love that the platform includes weighted workouts in addition to jumping. It’s the best of everything. Finally, I tried a few rebounding apps before I landed on this one and I stayed because the workouts were attainable as a beginner. Other apps were way too much to start out with, but this is just right!

    If you’re worried about the app crashing or anything like that, fwiw, I haven’t had any of those issues. But, it sounds like there might have been an issue with some of the videos that is being addressed. So, don’t be put off and give the app a try!

  • Best Workout Ever!

    After years of going through the motions with my workout routine, I have finally found something I can get excited about. Jump & Jacked rebounding workouts are so fun & effective. Even though I am working hard & sweating like crazy, the time flies because I am having such a great time.!
    This app is super easy to navigate & it offers so much…a variety of rebounding & strength workouts, a weekly workout plan, the best customer service, & a community of rebounders to answer questions & support you when you need it. Best purchase I’ve made in a very long time!

  • Great fitness app! Glad I found it!

    Jump&Jacked is a great fitness app. They upload new workouts each week that include rebounding workouts and strength training workouts that you can do from a mat. The music is so fun to workout to! Questions are answered quickly and there is a monthly drawing for workouts completed each week! I’m so happy I found this fitness app!

  • Amazing app! It makes Rebounding even easier and even more fun!

    I am new to rebounding but fell in love from first jump. That said, I don’t want to get bored just jumping by myself and coming up with the music and moves to do. This app makes it SO EASY! The music is amazing and fun, the workouts are stellar and on beat (which is important to me), and she even includes lifting-only workouts or jumping + lifting to get some strength training on! Sydney did a stellar job and I’m excited to continue with her app and community!

  • Love this app

    I found Jump&Jacked on YouTube and tried the workouts there. Then I found the app that has so many more workouts and love it!! This is the first time I have really enjoyed working. The variety is great and you can adapt the workouts to fit whatever level of fitness you are at. Sydney’s positivity is so encouraging

  • A wonderful rebounding program

    I have been rebounding for over two years and just recently discovered Jump n Jacked and all I can say is that I am hooked. I love the variety of rebounding classes that Sydney offers as well as the strength training videos! The app is very easy to use and I love how she adds a weekly workout schedule so you don’t need to think about what kind of workout to do that day, it’s already organized for you, or if you prefer you can choose from over 300 other videos in her library. It also comes with a community group to interact with other members to keep and stay motivated. Rebounding is so incredible for overall health and Sydney makes it even more fun with all of her classes. Highly recommend!

  • Jumping into fun

    I found jumping jack after scrolling through TikTok, looking for a exercise routine ! I ordered my rebounder gave it a shot! Boy am I glad I did. I’ve been jumping with jump and jacked for 2 1/2 months now. Sydney is an amazing instructor who truly cares about everybody on her platform. She’s always there to answer questions and has even given me amazing advice about nutrition! I finally found exercise that I truly love, and I am motivated to work out every morning before work!
