    I like the AI feature you can describe what you’re eating and it puts the meal together for you
  • Impressive database of foods!

    I’m vegan, so I’m used to a lot of my foods being left out of meal tracker apps. I was pleasantly surprised to see this one has a robust database to draw from! All my fruits, granola and snacks were in here - I never had to manually input anything!

    Tracking your food is a great way to get a clearer picture of where you’re at with macros on a daily and weekly basis. It can really help get you closer to your goals - whether that’s losing weight, maintaining or gaining.

  • Best meal planner! Making healthy eating simple

    Love their recipes, that you can import and store online recipes. Then you can go ahead and track everything easily with AI to ensure you meet your macro/calorie goals. So happy to have found this app!
  • Bite Tracker App: Simple, Effective and ADHD-Friendly

    When I say the Bite Tracker App is "basic," it's a compliment! Its simplicity and focus make it an excellent choice for those with ADHD. There's no extra fluff to distract you, just clear structure to help you manage your eating habits. This app gets straight to the point, and that's exactly what makes it such an effective tool!

    Not very beginner friendly but, this app is really straight to the point. The AI definitely was a great break through feature. I can see using this over my other food tracking apps as the recipes and help maintaining goals is ideal. However I don’t always see people knowing their BMI, so maybe adding a way to calculate that in there would make it a little more beginner friendly. All around really great app and look forward to more features in the future! :)
  • Calorie Tracking Made Simple

    This is a really cool app that allows you to schedule your meals for up to 5 weeks, count the macros in each meal, and access countless delicious low fat recipes to help weight loss/gain a snap. The recipes break down the protein, carb, and fat intakes to help you regulate your diet, and if you want to try a new recipe, there is a feature that allows you to purchase all the ingredients via Instacart and others. You can look up lasagna in the app and it will tell you everything needed right down to the seasonings needed! It doesn’t get much easier than that, so I highly recommend this app for those looking to slim down and live a healthier life

    This app really nails the combination of nutrition tracking and meal planning. Love the added feature of recipe hunting and automatically building grocery order lists. This app is easy to use and an incredible tool!
  • Awesome choice if you’re looking to lose weight

    I’ve been looking for an app that’ll help me determine my calories and macros need to lose weight at a healthy rate and this app displays it in a clean and simplistic way. Meal tracking can definitely get overwhelming but this app simplifies it as much as possible. Enjoying it so far!

    This is a really good app to get started. I’m glad it’s free and it has a bunch of great features. I like the AI that helps with calorie estimates. The barcode scanner was good, but I need to seek if it works on more bar codes. Overall it’s worth a shot.
