I’m vegan, so I’m used to a lot of my foods being left out of meal tracker apps. I was pleasantly surprised to see this one has a robust database to draw from! All my fruits, granola and snacks were in here - I never had to manually input anything!
Tracking your food is a great way to get a clearer picture of where you’re at with macros on a daily and weekly basis. It can really help get you closer to your goals - whether that’s losing weight, maintaining or gaining.Replaced my other apps for this
I’ve seen them add more and more features and it’s not better than my other apps for tracking and planning
