Impressive database of foods!
I’m vegan, so I’m used to a lot of my foods being left out of meal tracker apps. I was pleasantly surprised to see this one has a robust database to draw from! All my fruits, granola and snacks were in here - I never had to manually input anything!
Tracking your food is a great way to get a clearer picture of where you’re at with macros on a daily and weekly basis. It can really help get you closer to your goals - whether that’s losing weight, maintaining or gaining.Jaxky80139_lv
