  • Appointment

    My appointment was with Dr Lederman. The minute I arrived in his office I was amazed with the process of my visit from check in to the completion. Dr Lederman made me feel very comfortable & really wants to get to the bottom of my pain. I had blood work & then an MRI done His staff was so helpful & pleasant. Nancy was very pleasant & took the time to show me on where I needed to go within the hospital. As she was taking me she would noticed other people along the needing help with directions and she would help them with a warm smile. Everyone in the hospital, including the cafeteria, all had smiles on their faces & would reach out to make sure we didn’t need any help. I can’t say enough about NE Baptist. I am so happy I have chosen NE Baptist for my medical needs.

  • This app is so poorly programmed as to be virtually unusable.

    Instructions are redundant. Information is poorly classified and difficult to find. Messages and warnings are opaque. The overall product is extremely unhelpful and burdensome
  • Where are my medical records?

    This rollout of a new digital medical records system for Beth Israel patients is professional malpractice! I did not keep track of all my problems, tests, procedures, visits, communications, with you because I could access them thru the patient portal. You were keeping them! Now every time I have an appointment, you ask for all that information regurgitated, while it sits in your files but is unavailable to your new system? Pathetic! at best. Irresponsible! Perhaps even criminally negligent? And from your Q&A it sounds like all “old” info will be unavailable after a year? All my historic health records? You will receive from me a request for my entire medical history, printed out, or in a readily convertible digital format.

  • Awful and outrageous

    This is a ridiculous platform. It only ensures you will never get the care you need. Filling prescriptions is not possible here. BI is willing and able to interfere and stand in the way of required care. I guess I’ll just go without prescribed medications. BI won’t fill them anyway.

    The app is Ok but the integration with BIDMC’s old system went poorly. My prior health data is not all there, many data points are missing. It was a confusing and frustrating rollout. And my doctor absolutely hates it!
  • A great improvement over Patientsite.

    There is a great deal of useful functionality in this app. I left off 1 star because there is no way to copy a care provider in on a message. I could do that in PatientSite. Now I have to send duplicate messages to three separate members of my care team. That is tedious.
