Since the update for the phones at BILH, it has been a horrible experience for me. (holding long periods with no resolution via pharmacy and primary physician). I’ve been trying to refill my medications since Saturday as I’ve always done in the past with barely a hitch, but since this upgrade, the reps don’t have any clue where, when you will receive your meds, blame outside sources but themselves. I’m a patient and I need medication! I’ve given high reviews in the past for BI, but NOT this time around. Very disappointed in the service I’ve received their phone upgrade, I feel helpless! Psss “I thought upgrade meant better!”
