Updated app has not worked in months. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Get to login screen, enter credentials, spins & errors out every time. Desktop access just fine.Trash

Since the app has been upgraded it is having a LOT of issues! It might be user error but I can not log into account using this app .I have to go to the website and log into my accounts that way.very time consuming and frustrating.Downgrade
This app latest update is a downgrade from the old version. No dark mode no virtual card. I have to uninstall and reinstall every so often because it won’t connect. I Love CNB customer service but I hate having to call all the time because it locks me out of my account.Old App was better
Like title says old app was better this one is constantly having issues or down. Plus I miss the instant balance button…App does not work.
Horrible update!!! The app has not worked once since the update. Also, no one you talk to can help you to fix it or knows anything to help fix it so my app still doesn’t work. Worst update. Should have left it alone!!!!!Not impressed

Love the new App! It’s simplicity makes navigating through various banking tasks easy and it is packed with features that make managing finances easier than before.Old app was better
It would break down our totals/balances in real time. Our debit card notifications have gone away.
Now getting to Zelle is a process.
Not sure why the app was changed so drastically but you guys need to make it work! Mobile banking should make keeping an eye on my money easier not harder.
