    I’m loving the new app. It is user friendly and easy to understand. I didn’t know you could manage your card and turn it on and off whenever you want.

    Ever since this new app, i have not been able to access anything. Doesn’t even load.

    It has been a nightmare since CNB has upgraded. The new app is so slow and I have to wait longer to transfer between accounts. It spins in circles and I’m just waiting. I do not like the new features not user friendly. The old one was better and faster.
  • The language swapped to Spanish on me.

    I’ve seriously checked everywhere, even in my phones own settings, as well as contacted support via chat (they ended the conversation). Nowhere in the “languages and themes” setting is there a language, and there’s only one theme to boot. Devs please address this issue. Will update if issue is resolved or I find a workaround.

  • Seems promising

    The usual features are there alongside some new ones that I hadn’t seen before so that’s great! My complaint is that mobile deposit no longer works for me. When I try to select an account to deposit to, the screen is blank. It’s a bummer because mobile deposit is a feature I really need for my business
