I have used this app for maybe about 3 times. Successfully. Each time I go on the app it reads … oppps we are currently performing scheduled maintenance … this often last about 3 weeks. I just want my money back. The debit it monthly. I think they released the app before getting out all the kinks. Good idea but the functionality of this app is really bad
On April 16, 2024 there was a free promotion to unlock lifetime premium access. App was working as expected. But today the app doesn’t know who I am and there’s no restore purchase feature in the app. The “report a problem” feature in the app also does not work so I’m reporting the problem here. There’s nothing listed under my Apple subscriptions and I doubt they ever was despite on boarding through the app and activating the free lifetime access and having used that for rare occasions over several months time. Definitely was not a trial but it was lifetime access unlocked with a very limited time promotion back in April. So how do I restore my access?
I have reported the issue by email several times, but have received no response. I have a lifetime subscription and the words I get every month are not reset. Even when I remove the voices that have already been created, they reappear. I am very, very upset. Two months have already passed like this. Please compensate me for 2 months and do something to get the app working properly as soon as possible.
Update: BUYER BEWARE! This app is still VERY broken! Developer’s response below (and in other reviews) is dishonest. Reinstalling the app puts you back in the infinite loop. This app is completely useless without a major update. The dev hasn’t announced they’re even investigating or plan to address its litany of issues. DO NOT buy any in-apps (assuming you even can) or demand a refund from dev or App Store.
As most of the recent reviews show, the developer’s updates haven’t fixed much. Access to premade voices, ability to upload my voice, a tutorial, etc. are all needed to make this app useable. Please communicate with the (would be) user base who want to help this app succeed. Until then, 1 star (potentially more if the bugs are fixed).

We apologize for the experience you had with our app. With the newest update, lifetime offer is given properly, and the app should be running smoothly now.They give you a few characters to try out the voices. The voice changer models are pretty close to who they’re trying to model (I used the Ramsay voice), but there were some issues with the AI not being able to naturally phrase English and all the sentences I put in came out/jumbled rapidly without any natural pausing between them.
From the initial look at the app, it looks like it will (eventually) be a fun app. However, the app does not save your preferences, including subscription status, and now, none of the voices are showing for use. Zero. I did pay to add some additional voices to see if that would ‘unlock’ something , but sadly, no. This app is an early work in progress, but unusable at this point. I would recommend avoiding it, at least for now.
I’ve had this app installed (and reinstalled) for three weeks now. It only ever worked once. Emails to the developer go unanswered. The responded to my first review with a simple “get the new version of the app and all will work”. Well, still no voices and the app randomly get stuck in a startup loop. Avoid.

Developer seems to have gone silent on early adopters part of lifetime campaign. I would be very cautious about sending money to this developer.
Updates unfortunately haven’t fixed infinite loop or empty voice list issues, either. ‘Request help’ inside app also remains non-functional and emails unreturned.

It continually loops the same message and after five emails to the support team, I’ve heard nothing. I’ve deleted the app several times and reinstalled with no luck.
Don’t expect any response from support if something goes wrong!
