Missing Scans
I cannot see older scans in the app. I therefore lost my scans, even though I have the items. When I open the file, it’s all blank. I tried contacting the company through email, but they did not respond. I am extremely upset and disappointed with this app and would NOT RECOMMEND if you have important documents.
The developer just responded less than a day from when this review was posted- ironic! Everyone updates their phone. If that is what caused my files to not open, then fix your app!!!

You need to update the app so I can fix it. How can I fix the problem if you don't update the app? I repeat, we did not receive your e-mail. We checked and we didn't receive your email, please contact us again within the app. I guess you are using a new phone, the data is migrated from the old phone, and the version of the app on the old phone is older, please update the version of the app on the old phone and then migrate the data.
