Worst app ever
If I could I would have given 0! I am not sure how this business is still alive. I had a super hard time to find my gift (I received a text and entered my address but nothing happened after a few weeks, had to contact the customer service to enter my info again) and when i finally received the credit, working with the app was extremely frustrating. Error when paying, error tracking my gift, more than 3 weeks since I have ordered my gift and I have not heard back anything about the delivery date. Their customer service is a mess too. I’ve tried to use Giftagram twice — and it’s been frustrating both times.
1. Unlike what their website says — there is no chat feature on the app. there’s no way to contact customer service other than email — and even then, it’s hit or miss. It took 5 days to respond to my first query about the product not being delivered after 4 weeks.
2. Order #2 is experiencing the same problem — there is no response from customer service and no way to know if my order will arrive on time.Show lessAwful Experience Sending Client Gifts
Pretty awful experience. Website showed our company products only available in Canada in the US Store. We sent these to many clients who were unable to receive them. Same with alcohol gifts, their platform was broken and could not recognize zip codes so they told our clients that the gifts could not be delivered to them. No way to get in touch with customer service. Took 2+ days to get a response. Disappointing. Do not recommend.Show less
