  • Worst app ever

    If I could I would have given 0! I am not sure how this business is still alive. I had a super hard time to find my gift (I received a text and entered my address but nothing happened after a few weeks, had to contact the customer service to enter my info again) and when i finally received the credit, working with the app was extremely frustrating. Error when paying, error tracking my gift, more than 3 weeks since I have ordered my gift and I have not heard back anything about the delivery date. Their customer service is a mess too. Do yourself a favour and do not order anything with Giftagram…

  • Consistently late gifts

    I’ve tried to use Giftagram twice — and it’s been frustrating both times.

    1. Unlike what their website says — there is no chat feature on the app. there’s no way to contact customer service other than email — and even then, it’s hit or miss. It took 5 days to respond to my first query about the product not being delivered after 4 weeks.

    2. Order #2 is experiencing the same problem — there is no response from customer service and no way to know if my order will arrive on time.

  • Awful Experience Sending Client Gifts

    Pretty awful experience. Website showed our company products only available in Canada in the US Store. We sent these to many clients who were unable to receive them. Same with alcohol gifts, their platform was broken and could not recognize zip codes so they told our clients that the gifts could not be delivered to them. No way to get in touch with customer service. Took 2+ days to get a response. Disappointing. Do not recommend.

  • BAD customer service

    I received a gift that was alcohol and when I tried to receive it, I was asked to enter an address in calif, washington or nevada. I don’t live in any of those states so I simply asked if I could choose a candle or another gift that can be sent to Virginia and I was told NO. I spoke to the person who sent the gift and he said that it was hot made clear at all to him that I wouldn’t be able to receive the gift in my state. So now, he’s out $50 dollars and Giftagram keeps texting me to tell to accept my gift — and I have told them numerous times I have tried but wasnt allows to accept it. Really??

  • Gifting Made Simple

    I have both received gifts and sent out gifts through Giftagram. This app makes sending a gift to someone is soooo simple. All you need is the recipients phone number and the company will send a text to the recipient for them to put in the delivery details. I don’t have to go out, look for a gift, wrap it up, get the recipients address and go to the post office anymore. This app does all the work for you.

  • My worst gift delivery experience

    My order was canceled without notice. The company, which is engaged in sending gifts, does not consider it necessary to notify that they have not sent an order. Imagine you are making a gift to a friend and think that he received it, and both of you are happy. But it isn’t. The company didn’t apologize and returned the credits to me instead of $35 only $20. Apparently the company does not value its customers. I can not trust the gifts of this company.
    My second order came to me straight from the store (and not from the company's warehouse) to a regular box. This is not like a gift. The company takes a huge amount for delivery and did not even put it in a gift box.

  • Scam

    I spent $500 on an autographed item, was immediately charged on my credit card for the item and told it would ship within 3-5 days. 3 weeks later it still had not shipped. There is virtually no customer support. When i finally disputed the purchase to my credit card they listed the item as out of stock. I am convinced they would have kept my money and never shipped my item if i had not gone through my credit card company to complain.

  • HATE WITH EXTREME PASSION

    I was shopping created an order and clicked order THINKING I COULD REVIEW BEFORE BEING CHARGED! No there is NO WAY TO REVIEW YOUR ORDER BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER! Now my account is overdrawn! I looked and there is no number to call!!!!! I emailed them 1 minute after the order! That was Dec 10, 2018....it is now Dec 12, 2018 and no one has called, emailed, or responded in anyway! They have my money and will not respond! I want this mail order cancelled, money refunded, account deleted! I will never use or recommend this to ANYONE! I wish I could give ZERO STARS!

  • Compensation? Lol

    Paid $43 for an item ($35 in promo credit) and they canceled my order, saying it was out of stock. They emailed me and said because my order has been canceled, they issued me $20 in credit to be used on my next purchase. Now this, this is laughable. Not only did they not refund the $8 I had to pay, but they also didn’t even honor the $35 in promo codes. I do not know how a company doesn’t issue a full refund in a situation like this. Absolutely terrible.

    Love this app! So easy to use and a fantastic concept. Will use this for all my gifts for friends and family moving forward. Highly recommend!
