The only support provided was to tell the event attendees that is meant to be used on a computer, and then admonish them that they are using it wrong . Like we are children? The service reps were so frustrated themselves they lost their professionalism.
Why would an attendee have a computer at an event, most vendors don’t even have computers at events. And if so many people are “using the app incorrectly” then maybe it’s the app?
The whole point of an app is to be mobile, save time and be convenient this app fails in all aspects.
It was launched minimally two years before it should’ve been. Any developer should be embarrassed to put out a product before the bugs have been tested out and that needs an update three times a day, during an event? Unfortunately we as members have no recourse as this app was purchased by our association but I’ll tell you what I we’ll have second thoughts about joining this association if they continue to use products as poorly developed as this one
