Save your money! There are more free games out than in this app.

I only get 3 working games and one of those has a glitch .
2 others are completely locked up.
What did I do wrong, I paid for it. But I am very disappointed. I leave feedback, but they never get back to me.

Overcharged can’t cancel

I paid for a year subscription and it has taken money out of my account every month for the last three months. The email for support does not work to try and get it canceled. Do not subscribe to this app.

This app does not function for me

Every time I open the app, it automatically goes to the questions. After selecting my answers - AGAIN - it brings me to the place where I select my payment plans which HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR AND DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I have tried the phone number and no one is ever available to take my call at that time. I have emailed the address given only to have my system tell me it is undeliverable.
Any hints on how I can either access the sign-in part of the app or get a refund?
Any help would be appreciated.

Broken games waste of money

Frustrating with broken games A waste of money. I wish I had asked to work on all parts of my brain. It is hard to track progress. Seems the games can be had for free on other apps anyway. Disappointing. How do I cancel?

Fraudulent charges

I never agreed to a trial. I deleted the app immediately, as soon as I saw there was a fee. It repeatedly keep charging me

Fraudulent charges of 49.99 twice a month

This company is fraudulently charging me $49.99 X 2 every month. It was only when I emailed them having discovered these charges, that they said it would refund $200+ in charges after cancellation.

Then they started up again now in December. I had to block my bank account until I receive new card.

Check your bank accounts- hopefully you don’t have the same issues.

Horrible app seems like scam and having trouble finding customer service email to cancel app I am still trying to cancel App per instructions. And, they change emails and never respond! Use at your own risk!!!!

Dots here and new tests! I’m not sure, that my archetype is lover, but… keep up the good work, please keep the updates coming a bit faster))

You do not get the games it shows

Warning I only get three games .
Plus one that does not work.
I like the idea, but I am disapoonted

Charges

I was charged 3 different times from this app. Very difficult to find someone to talk to about this issue on the app. Was extremely difficult to find an email. I called the number listed and no one answered. I have been charged $66 on my card and have not received a refund. App doesn’t even work on my mac book. Extremely frustrated. Seems like a scam. Would like to talk to someone immediately
