Poor Account Control Features
I attempted to cancel my trial on October 11, 2024. Because there is no user account control feature I was forced to contact customer service. Customer Service response was received on October 14. When I replied to Customer Service on Oct 15, my account has already been charged.
I requested a refund AND CANCELATION of my account. The next email from Customer Service confirmed my cancellation request and indicated no refunds would be given.
Even though I attempted to cancel my free trial on my own Oct 11, 2024, a full 3 days prior to the auto renewal, I am still being charged.
It's impossible for me to recommend using this app when there are so many others that work as well AND HAVE MORE USER DRIVEN ACCOUNT CONTROL.
Moral of the story, don't sign up for apps that require you to contact their customer service team for cancellation or termination of account.

I paid and played that day, it was wonderful… but next day, now wanted me to pay again for this year. And now it does not even open! I hope it was so wonderful that it crashed, from too much use, and they will be back.
Now,
I think it is broken again, only one game, not counting it done. And never lets me try other games.
Another matching game is off under a different section.

The third game of line drawing, is not working…
