PAINSTAKING TO OPEN

This app has the spinning wheel of death! Every time you click on the app you have to watch the wheel spin for several minutes at LEAST until it opens IF IT OPENS. Even if you just sat there for 2-5 minutes painstakingly waiting for it to finally open, jump to another app for a few seconds to return to this app, again you have to WAIT ANOTHER 2-5 MINUTES in the HOPE that it will open!! I have lightening fast internet (600+mbps) so it is not the internet speed. This is the only app on my ipad that CRAWLS to open if it even makes it there!

Growing pains with new online system

I’ve had to ask the very afable and knowledgeable staff for help to process transactions and correct inconsistencies generated by new system. Never had an issue with older system which I used for many years. I’m looking forward to a smoother and more reliable system soon.

Remote deposits

I began banking with Mountain West a few months ago and I am REALLY enjoying the remote deposit feature and how fast the deposit reflects into my account! Thanks so much!

Too many notifications

I want to know each time my debit card is used but all of the pending notifications are a bit much. One pending is enough

Major downgrade from previous app

I was excited when I got the email stating a new, upgraded app was coming. It works, mostly, but you now how to go entirely into your main account’s detailed transactions to actually see the true available balance. I want to just see at a glance what my balance is, not see a number that is much higher. So frustrating!
Also several other changes that are less intuitive and less convenient. I don’t hate change for changes sake, but I do not appreciate what they’ve done here.
