Can’t Cancel

I just signed up for the App and can’t find the Cancel Button. Is this legal? I have heard of subscriptions that are very difficult to cancel and laws against it.

Somewhat accurate

So to test its accuracy I saved a bunch of photos from Google for random skin conditions to see if it would give a correct diagnosis. It did a good job of identifying fungal infections. Was 1 for 2 in identifying herpes, meaning one picture was correct but the second picture it diagnosed it as dermatitis. It was also good at diagnosing folliculitis. It could not identify intertrigo. It was correct with diagnosing psoriasis, but couldn’t differentiate eczema vs psoriasis. It was pretty much 100% at identifying benign moles.

Overall this could give you a good idea of what condition you have, but at the end of the day I would 100% take it as a grain of salt

It’s fun

But I’m not entirely confident with their diagnoses. I scanned bug bites and it warned me about warts.

I started the seven-day free trial, and was surprised that my credit card was immediately charged for the week following my trial period.

I’m always cautious with companies who offer something free and then charge me via the back door for services.

Still haven’t found a way to request a refund through their app.

Untimely cancellation of the trial period may be one of the reasons of money withdrawal, but there are some more reasons , such as purchasing a subscription without free trial, as not all the subscription plans have free trial included; previously installing the application under the same Apple ID. Wont let me cancel subscriptions tells me to sign in to Apple ID I enter Apple ID and it just tells me to enter it again

I signed up for a free 3 day trial and now can’t find the can’t find a cancellation button or a phone number! Run from this app

Been waiting for an app like this.

Only sad that I didn’t create it myself instead of waiting for it to come out. Lol Great app, just not sure if it’s cost effective $6.99 a week is a tad steep. I feel like if subscriptions were more affordable we wouldn’t be reluctant to have a few going but this unfortunately doesn’t take priority over the larger needed ones. Worth the download.
