Can’t adjust deck rise
It’s in their tutorial but not on the app itself.
Interesting but missing simple features
Easily designed the deck I wanted but couldn’t tell the app the height that the deck was above ground, so stair calculations weren’t useful. It was free, so I can’t complain too much.
Software issues
I read and bought this app thinking it was a good app to download for building decks after looking at YouTube tutorials and reading and trying to figure out how to use the app lo and behold it doesn’t work very well with my iPad Pro half of the buttons don’t show up and even when I save my workthe pictures are nonexisting when I go out and come back in. This definitely needs work not worth the money or go back and retrieve and make changes.

Pay
If it did cost 100$ a year might be worth it
Doesn’t work cross platform
Built a deck on iphone or web version and doesn’t open on the other device even when it shows up in builds. Cannot change the size of post used. Doesn’t provide a cut sheet for railings.

Es una basura…. Exijo la devolución de mi dinero. La app NO trabaja de manera correcta… se hacer mis cálculos de manera manual, y solo compré esto porque pensé que sería más fácil y más rápido… es cero confianza
Limited Functionality
Very limited in ability to create custom layouts. Additionally it does not seem to calculate handrail components and no hardware list either.

Excellent app very helpful and makes less work for me so I get my projects done quicker so I am making more bugs bunny now
Complaint / frustration: Very very messy and clunky with paying for the other apps and I’m still trying to work it out, I’ve paid for the bundle $118.00 odd dollars but it is still saying that to give me my cutting lists and material count lists I have to pay another $89.00 when yeah it’s a very helpful app however I’m not justifying to spend an extra $89.00 for it that’s crazy that’ll make it over $200.00 for the app in that case I wish I was the creator

Missing Layers
Good app once I spent enough time on it figuring out the functions. Download it to my iPad thinking that would be even better. To my dismay the layers tabs are not present. Sent a message to RedX hope they fix it
Felt tricked
I thought I would be alerted that I would have a choice to continue and buy the app or say no to the app after the trial period ended.
I also sent a question asking for information regarding how to do a particular feature with the app, no answer.
Instead I was billed the yearly cost on my credit card without asking me if I wanted to go ahead.
Pretty close to scam tactics, do the right thing and refund me the money.
