This app is absolutely amazing, itβs like having a personal trainer that also tracks everything all in one app. Meal prepping is so easy, getting a workout plan is so easy, understanding my body and what it needs is so easy. This app has everything I need so all I have to do is implement it, but itβs missing just one thing. Nowhere on the app have I seen an option to log my meals that Iβve eaten for that day so that I can better keep track of my kcal per day. If this app had something to help keep track of my food the same way it does with my workouts it would be the absolute perfect app.
