Such a user friendly app which an incredible amount of variety. Simple but so appealing packed full of relatable and easy to digest information. The workouts are exciting and shave been programmed to keep each session interesting and affective. Love it

BEST fitness app I’ve tried!
I’ve tried a few fitness apps in my time and this is by far the best. Really user friendly (easy to navigate), great workout variety for in the gym and at home programs and the Neuform nutrition ebook in the app is worth the subscription alone, SUPER informative especially for beginners. If you’re on the fence about joining Neuform this is your sign to do it! Chontel has absolutely nailed it!!
