While having downloaded the game upon its first day of release, its layout is simple with an extremely friendly UI that makes it hard to becomes lost of what you’re doing.
Currently, twice a day you get a notification to tap your egg inside the game. The quicker that you are to tap it compared to everyone else, the more points you will earn. Essentially you are competing with others to obtain more points through tapping the egg whenever prompted randomly to throughout the day.
Throughout the day the app runs completely smoothly, while its user base is growing exponentially at the same time, I have a good time whenever I am in the app. But, yes there is a but, whenever the notification comes to tap the egg, absolutely everyone in that game tries logging in. This gives too much traffic for the game to handle and results in users’ games to crash. Of course it’s not a simple and cheap fix, and it is understanding why my game would crash. There have been many times where I tapped that notification quicker than anything without hesitation and I would still somehow be the ~1,100th person to tap the egg due to it crashing. This is also an issue that is hard to handle without the budget of Clash Royale.
This is my honest review with what I have been seeing, and I would like to provide some recommendations that I am sure many users would love to see:
-A success screen pops up upon clicking the egg. The number pops up too quickly and I forget half the time exactly what number I placed for that moment of the egg tap. A success screen popping up displaying what placement you were would allow for users to post on their dedicated media. Maybe it also logging all of your placements on your profile would be cool to look back at!
-Of course the traffic overload. I am already happy with the progress being made!!!!
-Tap into a users profile through the public chat
-A daily chest after logging in consistently (let’s say after the 3rd day in a row? Except it yields a little higher up to ~750) would be enjoyable for those moments of missing a fast placement on the egg tap but still getting something you know.
-if you are in the game while the egg tap happens, you have no idea but eventually realize because it would start crashing. An in game notification while being in the game at that moment to tell you “hey your egg needs to be tapped!” would help those people get a deservedly fast placement for already being in the game at that moment. Instead right now it’s up to you to make that realization.
I really love this game from the start, and felt that I wanted to share my thoughts with the team behind this game and those that are still discovering so. I know some things are genuinely beyond the reach of the developers. With so, I expressed my thoughts on the application itself and provided a couple of recommendations to add even more to this community!
