Confusing account creation
I thought that the login was just broken, but as it turns out, the account creation is bugged. If you enter a password with some characters like "-" the account creator (and lost password) will take out those symbols without telling you and lets you through. Setting the password without the characters

Good but not great Yet
This app has a lot of potential. However it doesn’t work… connecting to your printer is very hit or miss. The camera is also hit or miss. Trying to change settings on your app is not easy as there’s very high input lag and no confirmation that you have changed settings. (Bed temperature and nozzle temp).
If they could fix the connection issue it would make this app incredibly useful

The video feed NEVER works
The only really useful part of this app was the ability to check on your print remotely. It’s literally the reason you buy a printer with a camera in it. From day 1 that feature of this app only worked 1 out of 5 times. Since the last update it’s more like 1 out of 10. Without that, what’s the point of this app?

Returning Printer.
I dislike having to make accounts in order to use products I own, I understand the need in certain instances. But not even getting a confirmation email from a company in which I spent hundreds of dollars with is something I’m baffled by. I will be returning my printer and buying a bamboo lab. It is unfortunate as I like the printer, but not being able to use it without a USB is a must for me. I do not recommend buying a flashforge product to anyone. There are other good options out there for those that are interested in 3D printing

The app only allows you to check on the print that you’re working on hopefully eventually it’ll allow you to upload prints

This app is junk, it won’t let me register my account. How can the app for a $500 printer be so bad?

Will not let me reset my password always keeps repeating itself saying loading failed literally a waste of my time if I’m not able to get into my own account either get this fixed or I’m not gonna use it and I’m gonna keep on giving a bad

The app is not opening
Needs work
If you only want to check your prints this app is ok from one device. If not then don’t even download it. It’s aggravating to login every time to check status. Sometimes adjusting the temperatures doesn’t accept so I have to go manually do it on the machine. I’m still learning the functionality of the printer, not sure why all the videos are not saved. Lots of times the app says the printer is offline but it is on and printing. Wish there was a slicer you can perform everything on iOS and wirelessly just from my iPad or iPhone.
