Unreliable
The app has issues connecting to my printer, it will connect, but when the printer is printing, it shows it’s offline, and it is connected to a stable internet, and the same internet I’m using.
Please fix app
App does not load and even if it did it is not a slicer or very functional tool PLEASE MAKE AN IPAD SLICER it would be a game changer

I installed the camera on my 5M (not the pro) and it worked for a total of 5 seconds. Now I don’t get live video or anything. But it says it works and it does just once a week it does, idk why it’s probably this garage app lol. Plz fix, the printer is great tho.
Very Unstable
App often lists incorrect state of printers. Video feed very rarely works whether in idle or in middle of print. And that’s after paying $40 for the camera addition. It is very buggy and only seems to update once every 20 minutes even when on the same WiFi.
Cant add a device
Takes me to the camera without a shutter button? Doesn't make sense…
DONT BUY
This company takes you money and runs even if you have the warranty if you have time return the printer its not worth you money. It has firmware issue that breaks its self so you spend more money to replace the parts unless you have your own software installed return it.
Control your printers! (But only from one device)
The app is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Lets you do some basic temp controls, pause and cancel the print, and gives you a live camera feed (though its a bit sketchy at times). The problem is you can only sign into your account on one device at a time, so you want to be able to use the app on your iPhone AND your Mac, tough luck.

Only works on 5M series
According the online guide this app only works for their 5M series printers. If that is true, then they should really add that to the app description. So, I can’t rate the functionality of the app, so will give it a 3. It does open and seems stable. Light weight and streamlined.
Doesn’t work at all
Shows no printers and seemingly no way to add a printer.
