Downloads don’t work
The only reason to install this app is to study offline. Unfortunately, the downloads keep failing. If you don’t monitor each download individually until it completes, you won’t notice until you go to watch the lesson.
I’ve been trying to download lessons for my flight home and of 10 attempts, only 1has downloaded successfully.
A real disappointment because I like the course overall.

Downloads will not play!
I have been traveling and spending time on commercial flights. I was excited to be able to download the videos and watch them offline while on my flights. I downloaded a bunch of videos with no problem, but they will not play! They won’t even play while online! You have to delete the download and then it will play while online. This feature is one of the reasons I chose Pilot Institute. Very disappointing!

Awful app, misleading
Awful app. They say you can download the course…not true. It is impossible to do so. Customer support is nowhere to be found. Emails are responded to by bot.
Login/SSO is broken
When logging into the app with an existing account for the first time, it wants to use the teachable SSO. That’s fine, it works online via mobile browser. After submitting credentials, the app throws the error:
“Your reCAPTCHA was invalid. Please try again.”
There is no recourse. It never prompts user for any reCAPTCHA interaction before failing (reCAPTCHA validates automatically in mobile chrome without issue). I’d like to use your app but I can’t. Please fix.

Can’t login
When trying to login keeps giving a recapture failure but never presents any recapture challenge
Just scored a 98 on my PPL PAR exam!
I used several different training courses and apps, not just pilot institute. They all offer something a little bit different. But thanks all around! Out of all the different online courses and apps that I used, pilot Institute without a doubt has the most content. Great stuff!
Disappointment
It’s absolutely not clear which videos are downloaded to the phone and which are not. I wanted to take advantage of a long flight to Europe. Impossible. Useless offline

Very Good App!
Seems to be very good so far. I’d suggest adding a menu that shows what I have available as downloaded. For easier access to downloaded content.
