    The new Roku remote is not working correctly.
  • Terrible

    First off, I had 2 pay for it, my daughter downloaded similar app for free. Second, it has never turned off the TV. Third, when searching for shows it will continue scrolling on its own. Fourth it quit working completely. A waste of money.
  • What if no wi-do

    Will only connect if you are connected through wi-fi? What if you don’t have wi-fi and already paid for the one time service of $29.99. If I can’t connect then obviously I don’t need your app
  • Do Not Open! Scam

    I opened this and clicked continue to see what the app did because we lost our remote and it said I purchased access for $29.99! There is NO customer service number ams I not getting any help from Apple.

  • A “WOLF” IN “SHEEPS” CLOTHING

    I downloaded the app so I could have access to my TV remotely from my phone upon installing and opening the app I had connected my TV right after I did that I was greeted with a rating I rated 5 stars which was not a actual rating it was a pop up ad to pay 40$ to access the remote itself because and I quote “Well you enjoy it so much you might as well pay for the VIP” my tv was then switched to HDMI 3 with the pop up ad still there might I add my TV went crazy tbh point is this is a typical pointless scam.

    Awful. Big waste of money and can’t find where to cancel. Roku is not all they say it is.

    Be sure to READ Reviews before paying for an app! Wish I did before ordering this remote app. It doesn’t connect to my TV, doesn’t give you an option to ADD a devisee, nor do they provide ANY customer service.
