You need a credit card at sign up. Their app and website billing section will not load to allow you to cancel your membership. When you contact support to cancel, they tell you to cancel via their website. After contacting 2 times I was still charged and my account has yet to be cancelled. I’ve canceled my subscription and yet it is still charging my card. It is impossible to get through support and send for help. Absolute scam. If i could rate it 0 stars I would. The questions I asked weren’t even answered right either. Waste of money anyway.vics1_2
Be wary app is a scam
No way to cancel trial or contact support or do anything… will keep charging you unauthorized transactions will be disputing and contacting law enforcement do not recommend this app at all can literally get better results from google. These reviews are fakeBaldgym
Having problems
I have tried contacting support because they went ahead and took out $14.99 on a four day trial that I was supposed to have considering I just downloaded it today to try it out. It also mentioned that you would not get charged until the four day trial is finished. I have tried emailing the support team or contacting to get help. I’ve not been able to send the email because there is no send button and their little things at the bottom are in the way and I can’t do anything with it. So if anybody else can read this, please contact me through the app. And I would appreciate the refund considering I downloaded the app today and was charged when it said I would not be charged.Show lessKim-my2021

Awful Experience
This is an awful App. They will not cancel and continue to charge my account. I have finally had the card make this 9.99 charge as fraudulent so they will not be able to charge my account. DO NOT GET THIS APP. You will be so sorry!!!!!terri 1955
Helpful but watch for subscription
Helpful tool but very tedious to cancel. Redirects you to a webpage when cancelling and takes about 10 minutes to fully cancel subscription. After waiting for 10 minutes it will still say your subscription will renew. Had to contact customer service and make them cancel it. Basically a scam. ❌
Did not answer questions correctly, and on top of that the website on my browser will intentionally not load my subscription for cancellation and even if it does it takes you to a loading page that doesn’t stop loading. For context this type of thing does not happen regularly on my computer, it is specifically their website.
They are still charging me, luckily I have the option to block them on my card. 1 out of 10 would never use again.👎👎👎👎Show lessNickname❌
