this is a matter of theft i did the 4 day free trial and moments later maybe 30-40min not even 12.99 was taken out of my card and it seems like they make it as hard as possible to contact them which i can’t due to app problems I signed up on a computer as well so i jus tried cancelling it and it won’t allow me I will be getting a lawyer if this situation isn’t addressedShow lessJMoney2fine

At first, this app was super helpful and I had no issues
When I was done with the app and its services. It did not let me cancel my subscription. I’ve contacted support MANY times and no answer at all. Feels like a scam since there’s a dead end on the other line. No phone number to call- nothing!! I recommend going to a different hw helping app, since this one feels very scammy once you try to cancel your subscription

I started my free trial then paid 9.99 for the monthly plan and still wasn’t showed how to cancel my subscription. The app is no help because there isn’t a section to cancel.
