Too slow/doesn't give you the 3 free day trial

Stay away from this app!!!

This app is way too slow. It said that it completed translating 2 videos but I could never see them in the app. The translated words do not match my mouth like it does in the advertisement. Also, did I mention it's slow? It takes wayyyy too long to do anything and sometimes it freezes on you. Soooo not worth the money. On top of that, it said it would give me a 3 day free trial, but it went straight to charging me for a weekly subscription. I have been battling Apple for a refund and they denied me twice to get a refund, saying it is ineligible. I am now chatting with someone to try to get a refund. Wish me luck!

Garbage App

Don’t waste your time, money, or energy on this app. Not only do you need to pay for the app on a monthly basis, you also need to buy credits to use the app for each video you want to translate. I tried four times before any translation worked and was still charged two credits per video, so I wasted six before anything worked. On top of that, it does not do what it advertises. The lip movements are not synced to the new language and it sounds like somebody speaking into a tin can. Basura.

Not as Advertised

The voice in the ads sounds just like the celebrities. The voice that played on my video sounded nothing like me. They also advertised a 3 day free trial but immediately charged me for a full week.

Charged me $9.99 for FREE Trial

I downloaded this app, and before I signed I confirmed that there was a free trial available. So I signed up for their free trial, and it said I would be billed $9.99 if I didn’t cancel before the trial ended. I played around with it, and didn’t see the value in purchasing a subscription, so I canceled it right away (same day). And today, several days later, I’ve been charged $9.99. So beware!!

As for the app itself, as I said, I played around with it a little, and it was somewhat fun, but I saw no practical use for it, and definitely didn’t see value worth $9.99 per week. Perhaps others will see the value, but it’s not as real-time or fluid as their ads might lead you to believe. You can record something, it takes some time to translate and render, and then you can play it back in the language of your choice.

Horrible

The dubbed video that comes out makes me sound like I'm an old Arab person trying to speak English. It doesn't deliver at all what it promises. Removed it right away.

Not as advertised

The dubbing sync feature that they advertise is not an option in the app. It still renders your video in whatever language the original video was with a voice over of the target language. The conversation trabslation on the other hand takes about 10-25 seconds to translate, how am I supposed to have a decent conversation with that time in between?

Thrashhhh. I paid for it so you do not have to. Google Translate is way better.
