    Your app is so easy to use! You need another restaurant. You have one high end and another that we had such a bad experience will never eat there again. And more restrooms. I gave 5 stars because I really like it there and my host (Oudel) is wonderful. He always checks on me to make sure I’m ok and just to chat.

    This new app is terrible- I could see everything at a glance on the old app as well as flip to my JackThistledown account
    I cannot find a way to go to find my info for Jack Thistledown
    Before I could look up offers and promotions at both locations now it only shows downtown

    Glad to get most current updates and info and sync with phone to get timely reminders! A must! Love being able to keep track easily.

    This app layout is horrible. It is so hard to find anything. I like to plan my trips and it seems difficult to what what promotions are when and how much free play I have. I have stopped coming as much because I do not know when things are. I used to get all sorts of promos with gifts and free spins and now I don’t see them anywhere on the app.

    They have great gifts which every one is able to receive .. even the J’s. Free parking is always available.. great cheap food .. fabulous games and fabulous atmosphere!

    Can’t see my Freeplay offers or any offers for that matter and I can’t see my win/loss report. What a shame
