Prolly one of the worst developed apps I’ve ever experienced…you can never log in to your account…POS app makes me not even wanna go to the Jack, Good riddance
App is not working. I keep getting an error message. I can’t log in. And when I go to the old app it says it’s only available for download on google store 🤬 I’m an iPhone user. When I contact Jacks they have no idea how to fix the issue. I would give it a negative 5 but that’s not applicable. This place was so much better when it was the Horseshoe.

What a complete joke! This app tells me nothing - no free play info no nothing! I wish I could rate minus stars that’s how bad this app is….
The old app had the upcoming promotional events and dates and how much free play. It also had my hosts info in it and the new one does not. Just seems like it looks better but has less features. Plus the website doesn’t work so there is that.
Launching from my home screen its is black screen says “Jack Entertainment” wont open and further, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still nothing. If I click directly from the app store it will open but will not log in just stays on the log in page then goes back to black page with “Jack Entertainment”, I even made sure I was signed out of the old app, I understand its a new app so hopefully it will be resolved soon
Can’t see my free play offers can’t do a virtual connect to slots like the old app. Not happy with me app at all.
I just get an error message about technical difficulties when trying to log in.
App says that I am logged into another account. I logged out of the other app and deleted it off my phone and the error still is continuing.
