Great Service

Easy to set up and get going

Horrible customer service

My phone service and data stopped working , the first time for one week and now it’s been 5 days with no signal , calls or texts. They don’t answer the phone or return calls and I can’t even call now because i have no service. The app support team takes 2 days to respond back and forth for tech support. Absolutely horrible.

$5 a month basically

I was skeptical at first but bought it and it has been great so far. I only pay for minutes and texts, and one Gb of data. But it cost me around 5-6 dollars ! Great for someone who doesn’t use the internet much or has a hotspot from something else . Great emergency or backup phone plan . These plans are great for business phone numbers. Only concern is privacy since it is a Walmart plan but gotta make some sacrifices, can’t be anonymous everywhere

Worst customer support that’s EVER existed.

I’m reporting this company to as many sources as I possibly can. There is zero support. NONE. They have a person that generates different names pretending to be support and pretending to be in contact with technicians. Well, this person is not only undermining and condescending but is EXTREMELY negligent, unprofessional AND A LIAR. This has been going on for three days. They couldn’t transfer service to a better phone because it’s locked but they knew it was locked, and now they’re incapable of reinstating my service to the phone they took it from. Nobody answers the phone and this same “person” doesn’t have the courtesy to let the customers know what’s going on. When hours close, they pack up and leave customers hanging with zero notice. Copy and pasting this and I’ll be bumping it all across the internet.
