    So helpful at this time. My beautiful daughter would have had her golden birthday on the 29th of March. My husband died 12 years ago on March 31. My precious sweet one and only daughter died April 5, 2022. I just wondered if you could add cuddling with cat (or dog) to your list. That’s what I’m doing right now. My cat Puppy is all curled up in my lap. So soothing.❤️‍🩹🙏🏼🙏🏼🐱

    Hello - Sorry to hear this. We are a small team trying to reach those where these tools could help so information in many cases can be a lifeline. As for the Google and Apple sign ins -- this is merely just to save progress such as favorite Tools, or entries so should someone delete the app, nothing is lost. Apple logins are super easy and allow users to hide emails. Just a click needed. No other information is collected or shared. If any of this helps, please let us know in an updated review.   • Great app to help with calming down!

    As someone who struggles with anxiety, this app has been great! I love that it comes with preloaded tools as it’s sometimes hard to know where to start, it’s also great to add some of my own! It will definitely become a go-to when I’m struggling to find calm!
