Unfortunate
This app lacks the functionality and is riddled with bugs. It starts all the way at creating an account and trickles all the way through it. The need for facecial recognition just to get my tickets is beyond an overstep.
Verify account?
Can’t view tickets because it says “verify account” and the button just takes you to the website with no further instructions on how to verify account. Customer service doesn’t reach out

App keeps crashing during account setup
This app is absolute trash. It keeps crashing during the account setup. Specifically, it’s crashing during the phone number verification step. Trash app.
What is going on??
Not clear how to transfer tickets. Tried to do it and got locked out of transferring tickets all but 1. No way to fix it - every button says can’t cancel. Now tickets have disappeared all together and I am getting emails that I haven’t accepted the tickets and they will be cancel. What is going on with this app.

Code not sent to email
Trying to create an account and the code isn’t being sent to my email, not in spam, not anywhere. Resend code option only results in “Oops! Something went wrong.” Message.
